Because many items are made to order or crafted with delicate materials, please read our return and refund terms carefully before purchasing.

📦 1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only when the following conditions are met:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable & Final-Sale Items

Due to hygiene, customization, and handcrafted production, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized feather fans
• DIY feather components, trims, or bespoke orders
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or modification

📸 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange one of the following:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Refund (depending on product availability)

🚚 4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, BurlyLuxe covers the return shipping cost.
• For customer-initiated returns (if applicable), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

💳 5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)

📮 6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

BurlyLuxe is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Packages lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
