We take care in packaging and handling to ensure your items arrive safely.

1. Processing Time

In-stock items: 2–5 business days
Handmade / custom items: 5–15 business days depending on complexity

We will notify you if additional time is required.

We ship via trusted couriers such as:

• China Post EMS
• DHL Express

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

🌍 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Asia: 3–7 business days
US / Canada / Europe / Australia: 4–7 business days
Other regions: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, holidays, or logistics delays.

💼 4. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges.
We cannot guarantee shipping speed once the parcel reaches customs.

📦 5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, BurlyLuxe is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages
• Damage caused during transit

Customers should contact the courier directly for claims.
We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.

🏷 6. Wrong Address

We are not responsible for parcels that are returned or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
